Most of us know something about our preferences when tasting coffee, but few know about the entire year of work that goes into a good cup. Community Liaison, Megan Bassett of Eugene-based Café Mam, will share fresh brewed coffee, photos and a short film made during Café Mam’s 2025 visit with their producer partners in Chiapas, Mexico.
