Klamath Dam Removal, Habitat Recovery, and Fish Reintroduction
June 2 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Shari Anderson, a fisheries biologist, will provide details on the world’s largest river restoration project: the Klamath Dam Removal Project which removed four mainsteam dams and opened over 400 miles of river to anadromous salmonids. She will walk through current signs of recovery and how fish are making their return to the Upper Basin after more than a century of exclusion.
