This week’s club meeting is another you won’t want to miss. Our speaker will be Julie Brown, General Manager of the Rogue Valley Transportation District and Chair of the Oregon Transportation Commission. The work of that commission guides the work of the Oregon Department of Transportation ODOT). She has been a member since 2018 and was significantly involved the 2017 Landmark Transportation Bill passed by the Oregon Legislature. She will share her thoughts on Oregon’s Transportation Future.
The club board has authorized a new drawing for attending members this week. Each week attending members will receive a free ticket for a quarterly prize drawing to be awarded for just being there and supporting our club. We will also honor August’s Rotarian of the Month.
Fall is here, the leaves are turning, temperatures are easing and we’re even getting some much needed moisture. Come join us!
