Our Rotary exchange student, Isabel Aragon Jimenez from Spain, discussed her process of becoming a Rotary exchange student and her experiences here in Medford.
Isabel explained that becoming an International Exchange Student can be difficult, but worth the effort.
Her host families have been wonderful. She hasn’t always wanted new families, she wanted new experiences. She has gotten both.
She has had the opportunity to travel with other Rotary Exchange students as well as host families. She now loves skiing – something she had never done before.
She concluded that “This is not a year of your life, it is your life in one year.”
