Dear Rotarian,
When I saw the terms “economic and employment trends” as part of the descriptor for this Tuesday’s Rotary meeting, my left brain sparked up! These are just a couple of the terms that are used in my profession to help determine how the capital markets will be affected based on the health of the economy.
I have to say that even this statistical information tells a story for those willing to listen. This Tuesday, Guy Tauer of the Oregon Employment Department will share the latest statistics and provide us the latest chapter in the story of the Rogue Valley and will even expand to provide a fuller account by including the state of Oregon into the narrative.
By merely living and working here, each and every one of us are characters in this chapter and future chapters to be written. We can make a positive difference in the story of the Rogue Valley just like we can with being a Rotarian. Let’s help create a bestseller!
