Dear Rotarians,
I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to update you that our time of the event is going to be adjusted to 3 PM to 5 PM alternatively. This is so we can accommodate for the timing of Bill Thorndike’s memorial which is prior to the event. If you could please share this with your club members with the new flier with potentially printing them out to your club meeting it would be very much appreciated. We need to know soon about who is signing up for the event. Anyone is allowed to sign up a guest with them to bring with them that is outside of Rotary.
I have attached the updated flier. We would love to see your members at the event to build the connection between both Rotary and Rotaract.
