The Rotary Club 5110 has launched a “Paying It Forward” initiative to make a positive impact in the local community. Through the initiative, the Rotary Club has provided grants and matching funds to purchase literacy and math resources for three local elementary schools, two public libraries, and books for the Reach Out and Read program at the Sanford Children’s Clinic. Additionally, 50 spring break food boxes have been packed for Bloom. These selfless acts of kindness demonstrate how even small actions can have a big impact.
The initiative is helping to provide resources to those in need and create a brighter future for everyone. The literacy and math resources will benefit the community in the long-run, while the food boxes are providing a much-needed resource to Bloom. This initiative is setting a great example for others to follow and is helping to make a positive difference in the local community.
