The Board of Trustees for the Medford Rotary Foundation, at its regular meeting on May 16, 2018, approved the following resolution to amend the By-Laws of the Medford Rotary Foundation:
Article VII of the Medford Rotary Foundation By-Laws states:
“The By-Laws of the Foundation shall be subject to alterations or amendments by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees at any regular meeting or at any special meeting called for such purpose, but such alteration or amendment must be approved by the members of the Foundation.”
The Annual MeetingĀ of the members of the Foundation shall be held at the regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Medford on June 12, 2018 in accordance with By-Laws Article III, Section 1.a.Ā The resolution will be put to a vote of the membersĀ at the Annual Meeting.
