DESCRIPTION:Most of us know something about our preferences when tasting coffee\, but few know about the entire year of work that goes into a good cup. Community Liaison\, Megan Bassett of Eugene-based Café Mam\, will share fresh brewed coffee\, photos and a short film made during Café Mam’s 2025 visit with their producer partners in Chiapas\, Mexico. Meet the people\, place and process that inspired Café mam founders to become one of the first US purveyors of organic and fair trade coffee 35 years ago. Discussion to follow.
