Shanel Mahr will discuss their new Program: Treatment Foster Care Oregon, an evidence-based and supportive fostering program, as well as their step-down program: Proctor Care, that is equally supportive but a few less requirements.  Both are amazing opportunities for people to care for youth who are in desperate need of a loving home.
