New Spirit Village

Kathryn and Barry Thalden will discuss their planned community of affordable housing, New Spirit Village, intended for Almeda fire victims and first-time home owners. It will be an 87-unit development of homes currently priced from $188,000 for a one-bedroom house to $260,000 for a three-bedroom house. It’s an innovative concept creating opportunities for wildfire recovery families and others overcoming multi-generational poverty.
