Date: Saturday, December 7th.
Work Locations: We will be stationed at two entrances – main entrance and the grocery entrance.
Hours/Shifts: the event will be from 10am to 6pm. Two-hour shifts, 4 shifts per entrance, with two Rotary member per shift.
Main Entrance Shifts:
10am-noon, noon-2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm-6pm.
Grocery Entrance Shifts:
10am-noon, noon-2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm-6pm.
Summary: Thus, we will need 16 Rotary volunteers.
