This Tuesday District Governor Jim Polk headlines our program. He brings an inspirational and down to earth message so please come welcome him, thank him for the countless hours he gives to Rotary and bring a guest to hear him as well.
Our nominating committee will also announce recommendations for our officers for the coming year. According to our bylaws these nominations will be repeated the next week and then the club will vote on them December 19. Nominations will also be taken from the floor if others wish to volunteer to serve.
I will also announce our club’s Rotarian of the month for November. For those keeping track December’s monthly theme for Rotary is Disease Prevention.
