Calling on ALL Medford Rotary members!
Saturday, April 4th is our clubs Medford Rotary Relay event at North Medford High School.
Many of you have volunteered your time in past years to help make this event one of the most memorable track meets of the year for many high school track athletes and for that, we thank you very much! The meet could not happen without the support of our club’s participation!
This is just a reminder that April is right around the corner and the sooner we can have confirmations of volunteers would be much appreciated. We have about 15 confirmed right now, but we need about 70 total Volunteers to make this event run smoothly. We do need your help!
Please reach out to Ed Singler (ed.singler@modahealth.com) , volunteer coordinator and let him know who will be volunteering and how many hours you think you can volunteer. Ed needs names so he can be sure all VIM (Volunteer forms required) are up to date. Those that have already contacted Ed, there is nothing you need to do.
