We need you on March 16th!

What:
This will be the 80^th anniversary of the Medford Rotary Relays. We anticipate needing 75 volunteers, which means we need you. The last two years have had great weather. is a lot of fun working with some really great kids. Jobs are: Awards Table, Discuss, GateKeeper, High Jump, Javelin, Long Jump, Pole Vault, Shot put, Timer, and T-Shirt Sales. This involves raking, measuring, timing, recording, etc.

When:
The meet starts at 10:00 in the morning, March 16^th. Job shifts are generally from 10 to 12:30 (morning) and 12:30 to finish. We try to keep the time commitment to 2 ½ hours. But if you are willing and able to help for the whole day let us know.

Where:
Bowerman Field, North Medford High School. Ask if you need directions.

What we need from you as soon as possible:
It turns out background checks cost money, and most of you have already had one. So what we need from you right now is an email indicating whether you are available to help or not. We will get back to you if you need a background check. Please send an email to Mark Chirgwin chirgwinm@stifel.com if you plan to participate. Include your: name, phone number, a job preference if you have one, and if you have a spouse, family member, or friend that can help we need the same info for them.
