Medford Rotary Relays

It is that time of year again. This will be the earliest we have held the track meet. We need around 80 volunteers to measure, time, rake, retrieve and other miscellaneous jobs . Since our club isn’t that big, this is one event that requires participation by every able bodied member. Please plan on participating. Although a few volunteers work the full day, most of these jobs last around 3 or 4 hours. We encourage Rotarians to invite family members to help as well. So if you and a family member, or friend are willing to help, please email or call Mark Chirgwin chirgwinm@stifel.com or 541-941-1749 to let him know so he can put your name on the schedule. Every volunteer needs to complete the attached VIM form once a year, so we can determine whether you are up to date on your criminal background check. Please return those VIMS forms to Mark, so he can check you off the list. If you do need a background check, they are now completed on line, and are quick and easy.
