Health Care COVID Updates a Regular for Rogue Gateway Rotary
By Steve Roe
Each week, we have a report from Win Howard, a Rogue Gateway club member. Win is our past club president and is the ATRMC hospital CEO. At each meeting for the past 18 months, we have a Health Care/COVID update from Win. At our meeting last Thursday, Win and a local doctor talked about the COVID in Grants Pass.
We record our meetings on Zoom and the video portion of this meeting has 3800 views in three days. Click here to watch one of the latest updates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVm293U9ojc
Right now, the video has 3800 views and keeps climbing. We have decided to create a club YouTube channel and post our weekly Health Care update from our club on this YouTube channel.
As I write this, there are 150 cars waiting in line for COVID tests at ATRMC. It truly is a crisis in southern Oregon (as of last week, 165 COVID patients in Grants Pass, Medford and Ashland hospitals).
