Dear Rotarian,
Below is the announcement for our program/speaker next week (our own Al Densmore). Our bulletin is set to go out the morning of the meetings which hasn’t provided much notice. We will adjust that to go out sooner so you know the week ahead.
We also need to let the Rogue Valley Country Club know by the Friday before our meetings if we expect less than 40 to attend – otherwise, that is how many commit to and how many they prepare to serve. If you would, please respond to let me know if you can make it and if you will be bringing a guest. Please also let me know if you will attend but won’t eat – we can then notify RVCC that fewer than 40 are expected to eat.
Lastly, COVID continues to affect us. Whatever your opinion may be about the effectiveness of masks, please be very supportive of everyone else’s choice and precaution to wear masks and socially distance. We are also working on having hybrid Zoom meetings to provide opportunity to enjoy are meetings for those who are not able to attend in person.
Thank you all for your understanding,
